M.O.M.  ( meals of the month).  a dinner delivery service featuring a seasonal monthly menu of delicious family friendly dinners ready to take home and pop it in the oven (or freeze for later),  add your favorite sides and vegetables (or order some from us) and you have a complete nutritious made -from- scratch meal on your table without lifting a spoon!

Basmati rice Stuffed chicken breast – 8 oz chicken breast stuffed with basmati rice seasoned with slivered almonds, scallions & roasted red peppers.  Oven roast with an asian inspired  plum sauce glaze.

Pretzel Pork Chops with Ranch Potatoes – boneless pork cutlets encrusted in seasoned crushed pretzels and bread crumbs. Quick pan sauté or oven bake. Comes with Ranch flavored smashed potatoes and cheddar cheese

Orange Chicken  – Light entrée to please everyone.  Chicken breast(boneless and pre chopped) marinated in a low fat orange thyme marinade. Quick sauté, toss with angel hair and roasted cashews (included) for a super quick delicious meal.  Order extra to keep for a light lunch to take to work.

Stuffed Shells Florentine  . Large pasta shells stuffed with Parmesan and mozzarella ricotta cheese and fresh spinach. Topped with Cup& Saucer homemade tomato sauce and more mozz cheese.  Warm & serve.

Bacon wrapped eye of round steaks with chipotle butter sauce– 6 oz steaks wrapped in bacon. Oven roast and serve with carmelized butter sauce flavored with chipotle peppers.   

Apricot Pecan stuffed pork roast – succulent roast stuffed with apricot, pecans, asiago cheese and homemade bread crumbs.  Ready to roast and serve with balsamic reduction sauce included.

Asian Salmon  Center cut salmon steak baked in a Asian marinade including fresh ginger and garlic. Topped with Panko (Japanese bread crumbs).   Salmon comes frozen with sauce.  Thaw and bake in oven.
