Casseroles & Sides


Always striving to make wholesome food delicious and affordable, The Cup & Saucer has added a new FAMILY sized casserole that serves up to 6. Everyone likes a bit of variety, so each month we will feature a special "Casserole of the Month" in addition to our family favorites.  All casseroles come frozen with cooking instructions - ready to heat & serve. Pair with one of our sides, salads & more to create a meal.



Johnnie Marzetti: An Italian-style layered casserole of noodles, homemade hearty tomato meat sauce with mushrooms, green peppers & onions. Topped with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses and buttered whole wheat bread crumbs.

Baked Pasta & Italian Sausage:
  Spicy Italian sausage and beef, pasta and lots of mozzarella cheese baked in a zesty tomato sauce.

Chicken Black Bean Enchilada: Chicken & black beans layered with flour tortillas and smothered with homemade enchilada sauce flavored with smoky cumin and fresh cilantro, then topped with lots of cheese.

Chicken Tetrazzini:  Chicken breast, green peppers and mushrooms mixed in a sherry cream sauce and pasta topped with Parmesan cheese and homemade buttered whole wheat bread crumbs.

Mediterranean Chicken Spaghetti:
Chicken, pasta and spinach in a 3-cheese blend of mozzarella, parmesan & fresh feta plus sun dried tomatoes gives this original one-dish meal a Mediterranean flair.

Chicken Divan
: All-white meat chicken and broccoli in a light curry cream sauce served over rice. Delicious for company or any night of the week.

Breakfast Sausage & Egg
: Classic dish of bread, sausage & cheese baked in a savory egg custard. (frozen uncooked & ready to bake for freshness).

Casserole of the Month (Dec.):: Holiday Chicken Florentine: Penne pasta and chicken baked in a Italian herb cream sauce mixed with spinach and artichokes, then topped with Mozzarella cheese.  Great for holiday company, office potluck or anytime.
